Each office comes with 4 standing desks, 4 ergonomic chairs, modern frosted glass whiteboard and a file cabinet.
Desks can be arranged to maintain a minimum of 6 feet distance inbetween.
Every night, our cleaning crew helps keep all common areas, bathrooms and private offices looking their spiffiest.
No long multi-month or multi-year committment is required. Pay on the first day of each month and give a 45-day notice when you want to vacate. That simple.
This eliminates any risk of being locked into a costly long term-lease should an unforseen disaster happens (read epidemics).

Two independant Gigabit Internet access networks not only ensure blazing download and upload speeds but also provide a non interrupted access in case one of the networks fails.
What’s more? We use entreprise-grade gear which means the switching from one network to another is transparent to you and your guests.
We get it, you don’t want everyone to hear your master plans to conquer the world.
With offices that achieve a 90%+ sound absorbing efficiency, that won’t be an issue.
We achieved this efficiency by installing a double layer of soundproofing materials inside the walls that seperate the offices. This way you and your team can keep things to yourselves.

Daily onsite parking only costs $5/day or $90/month, including HST.
Your guests can opt to park onsite using the paid parking or they can use the free 3-hour street parking, plenty of which is within steps away from the building.
Evening and weekend onsite parking is free.
Equipped with a 65″ flat screen TV, the 2-in-1 boardroom can accomodate up to 14 people seated around a conference table, or up to 20 people seated theatre style.
Each office plan comes with 6 hours/month of free access to the boardroom.
